Dr. Bebe was very caring, listened carefully to my health history, and took the time to explain my retinal scan. She also seemed to know exactly how best to dial in my prescription. I was very happy with my experience.

When I arrived at the counter Molly, the receptionist was very friendly. Then Dr. Thomas greeted me and was extremely helpful. I felt very comfortable and confident that my eyes were being checked with a professional who displayed the experience I deserved. I had a very good experience with Gaze Optometry and will return for my next checkup.

Everyone in the doctors office is exceptionally nice and you can definitely tell they care about helping people. Jeanette however in the glasses area has always been rude to my family and I. She always has an attitude and makes us feel dumb for asking questions. We have gone in twice and had her both times and my mom now swears that’ll be the last time we go to gaze optometry. As someone who works in customer service (front desk at a hotel), I can guarantee that her attitude towards customers is not normal at all!! I know if we had anyone else help us those two times we’d be back because the doctor is awesome, but we would rather go somewhere where we don’t feel stupid and belittled.
