Highly recommend going here to see an eye doctor. They are very professional and courteous. Plus they know what they are doing. In addition the place is way bigger than I anticipated.

MAGGIE at the front desk was a lifesaver!!!! Went in for an appointment and they accept VSP but only if through GBMC. It’s hard getting time off from work but she was able to get my child seen at another GBMC affiliated location the same day. She went well above and beyond and took time out of her busy day to help me since I know most offices don’t see young children. Will continue recommending this facility!!

No one knew had to find the office, I got there 20 minutes late LOOKING for the office. Tried to call twice, no one ever answered but I got the option to leave a voicemail on 5 separate occasions. 110% not coming again. Got rescheduled without so much as a phone call or text.
Unless you work here, EVEN if you do (no one knows where this office is) expect the same.

Got a call from the manager Karen saying "sorry that happen" and that's all. Not even an offer to reschedule no type of patient retention. I'm glad this office is doing well.
