The staff is friendly and helpful - they make everything quick and easy. And Dr Geary is a great doctor - knowledgeable, personable and considerate. I've been going here for years, and I've only had great experiences.

I've been seeing Dr.Geary for a couple years now and I'm planning on going back to him. His knowledge of the contacts I needed was superb. His staff was friendly and very helpful. I plan on going to Dr. Geary as long as my insurance allows me to. Love this place!!

I like Dr. Geary and feel he does his job well. However, the operations side of his practice is hurting. For the second year now, I was able to get a copy of my eyeglass prescription right after the exam, but I was not able to get a copy of my receipt of payment. I was told they would email it and I provided my email address but still have never received my receipt. I paid for my new contact lenses before leaving and in a couple weeks received a call that they were ready to pick up. At the time of the pick up there was confusion going on between Dr. Geary’s side and the Vision Works side. I’m not sure what the problem was but there was clearly lots of talk between the 2 sides. Eventually I was given the lenses.
After a week of wearing them, I confirmed an issue with the right eye and the vision quality. I returned to Dr. Geary’s office and he made a change in the 1 lens. He asked if I wanted an appointment or to just pick it up when ready. I expressed that I would just pick it up so that I could have time for my eye to adjust to the lens and see the improvement. A week later I received a call to pick up the lens. At pickup time there was more confusion. An associate took the lens back and I believe spoke to Dr Geary. Then a Vision works rep came in and started questioning the nature of the order if it was paid, do I have an appointment, where is the “old” lens. Lots of talk between Vision Works and the practice side but the Vision works associate then told me I had to have an appointment. I informed her of the conversation I had with the Dr but she would not give me the new lens. Poor communications, poor customer service and poor planning and operations; all just leaving me rather upset and stressed to the point that I just was not going to deal with it anymore.
I have paid for everything but am left without a new pair of good contact lenses that I can see with so I just gave the “new” pair back since they were useless to me. I have conceded that I will just wear my old lenses for another year and then find a new practice when my insurance will cover the cost of a new exam and pair of contact lenses.
