I was a customer at Gefen Optical on Sunday, January 3, 3021. The store was extremely busy but as I walked in someone immediately asked if they could help me. I informed them as to why I was there and Cynthia understood and was exceptionally helpful. They took care of me and within 10 minutes I was out of the store without a charge. My glasses had broken and I ordered a new pair online. I took the glasses to Gefen and they took my lenses out and put them in the new pair and didn't charge me a penny. I highly recommend Gefen Optical.

I had bought 2 expensive frames from them one for myself and my wife. I was unhappy that I was sweating through the lenses. I was ready to get a new pair and spend a lot of money over again. They made sure that the frames were fixed and that I was nothing less than happy. That’s real customer service.

Unbelievable fast service
Ceci took the time to really take care of me!!
She gave me so many options and was ready to pick up in 2 days!! Highly recommend Gefen!! ;)
