Great appointment at the Beavercreek location. No waiting, technician was quick and professional, Dr was well informed and knowledgeable, upon checkout- Heather assisted me with finding the perfect Tiffany tortoise glasses to replace my favorite pair I had lost. Then, she repaired my other glasses!!! Great customer service ! Highly recommend this practice. This is my fifth year for my annual exam.

Gemini Eye Care in Beavercreek is an AMAZING establishment overall! I will say the frames are a bit pricey, however the customer service they provide makes me come back year after year! The two doctors are good at what they do, and offer two different experiences, both beneficial. The ladies at the front desk are so helpful, and seem to work well together as a team. Now I must admit, I have my favorites, and over the past 5-7 years they have become more like family to me and my family. Ms. Mary and her fashions always brings a fashion show to the office when I arrive, and her style alone makes me think outside of the box 🤔! Kim C is always a warm smile, giving me her opinion when I’m torn between frame ideas, or just being a positive vibe ☮️! Laura will make you forget you are being tested (your eyes anyway) because you feel so comfortable, she keeps you laughing and gives you the biggest confidence booster with all the compliments she throws your way! Now Jessica, I could say so many good things about, but to sum it up, she’s a Godsend! She has never gone less than over and beyond to make sure me and my family are receiving nothing less than the best for eye care. From the way our frames feel on our faces, to the added things needed in a lens, down to the cost for a family needing four different looks, feels, needs and styles. Jessica never made us feel rushed or pressured , even when we tried on 2 or 22 frames 😂 at one sitting, her determination never wavered! Been going here for a couple of years. Dr. Connett is fantastic so no fault with him at all. This time I had to reschedule my yearly appointment and I was given a different doctor (was not informed of this change ahead of time). This guy was not personable at all, did not explain anything that was going on, did not explain changes in my vision or prescription, and ultimately tried changing the brand and type of contacts I wear without even saying anything about it. I found out they were changing only when sent to the contacts ordering lady, that I was being given daily contacts instead of monthly. I’ve been wearing monthlies for at least 15 years, why the change? No explanations given. After this, I had to come back and forth here at least 3-4 times because these new contacts they were putting me in just weren’t working for me. This went on for about 2 months following my initial appointment.. ridiculous. Wrong prescriptions from the doctor, errors made by the person ordering, and the change from monthly to daily contacts without even asking for my consent on this just did not work for me. Finally I asked to be prescribed my regular contacts. Only change in my prescription ended up being a slight power increase in one of my eyes.. no other changes. Why the constant back and forth just for this? Crazy waste of time and poor treatment of a patient. Never even offered a simple apology for mistakes made such as ordering the wrong thing and wasting my time. At the end of it all they never even gave me a copy of my contact lens prescription. I 1000% do not recommend going here. Again, Dr. Connett is great if you have him and so are many of the other staff members. However Dr. Egbert and the contacts lady, Andrea I believe is her name, are not. I was even thinking of not returning here before this year simply because of the contacts lady. Not personable and ultimately rude. Will not be coming back here again.
