I was recently seen by Dr. Lund for an eye exam, and was extremely impressed with him as a physician. He went above and beyond to provide top-notch eye care, and was thorough in his assessment. He took the time to listen to my concerns, and answered all of my questions. His knowledge and passion for his field was evident throughout the examination. He explained each step, making sure that I understood what was happening, and why. I gave this review 5 stars because it is for Dr. Lund himself, and has nothing to do with his staff. I was a bit surprised at how unprofessional one of the staff members was after becoming overwhelmed. While she explained the purpose of each test, and took the time to answer my questions, she displayed frustration for her colleagues and it was evident by her loud statements, etc. She was verbal, and made her frustrations known throughout the entire office which has no place in a professional setting around customers. Overall, I was very happy with the care that I received, and would recommend to others, although adults should act like adults in professional settings.

I am very disappointed with the way they treated my teenage daughter (19) during her appointment. They did not listen to her concerns and gave her an inaccurate prescription. They office staff rolled their eyes when she came back in to correct the mistake. Had a parent been with her I imagine she would not have been treated this way and that is unacceptable. She deserves the same respect as an older adult. Yes prescriptions can change but if someone is telling you they can’t see it is because they can’t. When I called to voice my concerns I was told that people can perceive things in different ways essentially blaming my child instead of acknowledging an issue. Bottom line is they sent my kid out with a -4 prescription when in reality she is a -4.5. Considering she needs the contacts/glasses to see and drive I consider that a huge safety issue. They also refused to give her a prescription for glasses, only contacts, even after paying for the exam stating that they had no proof her vision changed. She provided a previous prescription for her glasses but was told that meant nothing to them since she wasn’t seen there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you choose to send your child/teenager there please make sure they are accompanied by someone else to ensure that they get proper treatment.

I'm so impressed with this eye doctor and the staff here. I've had some bad experiences in the past with eye doctors. This office is small, but intimate and very friendly. They helped me so much with getting my contacts, explained everything to me so I understood what I was paying for, and I was able to take care of everything in one visit. You can go back if you need any adjustments and when I put my new contacts in, I felt like I could finally see clearly and comfortably. The doctor definitely knows his stuff and the staff is very informative too. I would definitely recommend!
