Plan to wait a long time, but this place is great. I have some wonky eyes with medical issues and for the first time in my life I genuinely feel like I'm seeing doctors that actually understand eyes. Everyone is very polite and patient and this is probably the most distraction-free waiting room I've ever been in. No loud tvs blaring and bringing my heart rate up.

The doctors are awsome here n staff is nice, but the waiting time is terrible. Usually It's 2-4 hours after scheduled appointment you get to see the doctor, but this time it took 8-12 because of emergencies pulled 2 away n only 1 Dr seeing patients. There are 6 listed, but expect an all day event when you go. They don't respect the patients time.

I have a very rough couple of months with this place. I’m a diabetic and I’ve been trying to get an appointment and it’s just no such luck. I have been going here since I was a kid, and I’m a type 1 diabetic so I go every year to get my eyes checked. But this year I don’t know what has happen. The lack of customer service is horrible. I had scheduled an appointment and was giving one in September of course. I tried to view my appointment date on the portal and it wasn’t listed. So I called to make sure and a gentleman told me there was no such appointment made. I was very upset cause I know it’s usually takes a while to get an appointment. The gentleman gave me a new appointment but at a different location I was unfamiliar with. He was slightly rude cause I told him I would rather go to the walnut street building which I knew. He proceeded to tell me why wait that long when he has an earlier appointment at a different location. First of all I don’t like how he spoke to me cause I was not rude at all. I just told him I was more comfortable with going to walnut street. But he kept pushing the fact that this other location was sooner. So I took it anyway to get him to stop. The appointment came unfortunately I ran into some financial issues and I knew I would not be able to make the appointment in October. So I called to get it rescheduled and the women told me I would have to wait until December. So I took the December date. I would be available and I would have the money. So I go double check my appointment on the portal and of course my appointment is not listed. Come to find out they switched portals for online scheduling and I knew nothing about it. There’s no communication anymore with the patients to let us know anything. At this point I don’t think I want to return to wills eyes.
