Nov. 21, 2023 Always great.. did my eye surgery w/o any issues. NOW this doesn't have anything to do with this office, which I have made another repost ... so Had my last visit with the eye doctor.. young man, questioned him about Medicare and the cost of glasses. HE Gave me my eye exam, and a script.. also a list of optical places.. He recommended Burlingwood Optical, off of 36th street. I went as he suggested.. they weren't any help.. after repeatedly going back and forth, they wouldn't use Medicare, because I hadn't been there before. They didn't do the exam, SO I SAID "I will just pay for it, let's do this." I was going with the upper end latest lenses.. which I paid half down, they kept my less then 1 year old glasses to send in for just the lenses.. JUST TO call me about an hour later, and tell me something about FRAUD, and if I go somewhere else not to tell then I have Medicare! AGAIN, WTH! Your Dr. Referred me, not your or his fault, but now, since it's a 4 day weekend, Thanksgiving, I had to wait 5 days to pick up my glasses, then start this process over again. LATER, on Monday, Shawn Menke as the other post states, did everything to correct the issue... I am NOW very satisfied with your office and HOW it was handled. Excellent experience for Lasik. Robin was professional and friendly. Dr Hinton explained the process in detail and made sure I understood the possible side effects. The procedure itself was quick and painless. Three different people explained what would happen so I was fully prepared. During the procedure the nurse counted down times at each laser and talked me through it. I found that very helpful. Excellent results. Highly recommend.

I am very impressed with this team, from the MD through medical and administrative staff. I have complications due to diabetes and this was a two-years journey. The actual cataract replacement (2x) was quick and effective. They predicted the actual outcome with clarity (pun intended) and precision. I am very pleased with the improvement in vision.
