The person at the front desk was rude and careless. I tried to get my new prescription done, the place was empty. I waited for more than 10 minutes and I left. Literally nobody cares. Plenty of people behind the desk chatting. Really disappointed

Kyle at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. From the moment I walked in, his attitude was rude and dismissive. He seemed annoyed to answer basic questions and offered little to no assistance. What stood out even more was that the women sitting next to him was clearly watching the situation unfold and looked visibly uncomfortable and upset with how he handled it, which says a lot. Customer service starts at the front desk, and unfortunately, Kyle made the experience frustrating and unpleasant. I would expect someone in that position to be more courteous, patient, and willing to help. Very disappointing. And the way he handle phone calls was extremely rude and put patients on hold and give it to his other workers. I’ve seen a lot for just sitting there for a few minutes before I got called to the back with my mother who was the patient.

As always Dr. Brown is amazing! Chaly was patient and explained very thoroughly what looked good on me and what didn’t and why. The gentle man at the desk with the amazing flower shirt that checked me out was great . Good sense of humor! Thank you all!

I absolutely love going here!! On my recent visit was greeted by Kyle whom I absolutely love! He made me feel welcome and made my day, I always enjoy my visits with Dr. Santos! I came here because I had broken my glasses and I suffer from migraines without them. I called and got an appointment the same day. Every single person in that establishment was so kind and understanding. The doctor explained my current status with my vision and made me feel safe. She offered so much help. And the lady who helped me choose my glasses and the one who adjusted them for me when I came to pick them up were absolutely fantastic. It feels good to know that these ladies love what they do! Thank you so much for all your help and for guiding me towards the perfect pair of glasses! I wish I can give this place 10 stars. HIGHLY recommend

AMAZING SERVICE. I was looking for a new optometrist and i was referred do DR brown and i could not be happier. the whole team was very accommodating and i was able to get a late appoints (7PM) which helps fit my busy schedule, besides that the facility is very modern and all the equipment is state of the art. DR brown is extremely through and efficient . I am very thankful for the whole team at the brown center and i am glad i found my life long optometrist

We were greeted by Kyle, who was the kindest and most helpful person you could ask for. Our optician, Tanaya, is hands-down the best at her job. She went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. We need more people like Tanaya and Kyle—they made our entire visit that much better. Kyle was so amazing. He helped me with everything. He even helped me change my frame with his honest opinion because I almost bought something that I probably wouldn’t of liked a month down the line because I know exactly how I am so Kyle and my optometrist to help me with the glasses definitely mean my experience very well

Dr. Ramirez was incredible for both myself and my daughter. Kyle at the front desk was absolutely the best to work with. He answered all of my questions and helped me with everything needed for both my daughter and I. He was patient and kind.

I usually don’t care to write reviews but I recently came across a card these guys wrote me a couple months back and it reminded me of how great these people were with taking care of my needs. The service there was superb, the quality of the lenses were excellent, the environment is clean and modern, the staff is awesome I don’t know what else to ask for. I don’t live in Rhode Island any longer and when one of my glasses broke these guys honored my warranty no problem. I sent them the frames I wanted the lenses in, they sent them out to get done and then mailed it back to me down here in Florida 👀. Talking about going the extra mile then to top it off these guys wrote me a card which I thought was really nice of them to do. I don’t know what some peoples problems are with this place but I’ve had nothing but good experiences. If this place was in Florida the competitors around here would be in trouble hands down. Thanks for being awesome Brown Center 🙌🏽
