The quality of care at this practice has sharply declined, especially since my doctor, Dickie McMullan left. I used to get thorough care and treatment, including diabetes care and vision checks. Dr. McMullan actually spent time with me. Now, the objective is obviously to get me in and out as fast as possible.

I hate the back office at this company. Inept inept inept. Eight emails to their AP went unanswered for years. Called and the poor person who answered struggled for 12 minutes to find help. Just disgraceful that they treat each other so poorly. And the spam emails and spam texts is just awful. I LOVE my doc. The nanosecond he retires I’m leaving these clowns.

I have been a patient of Dr. Poland for a great number of years! My experiences and care have always been top notch!
