It’s a great blessing to feel that your eyes are in good hands. Based on my first visit, not only were Dr. Garza’s competence and confidence clear, he was also extremely warm and personable. Directness and honesty wrapped in warmth, kindness, and reassurance. I also liked his office crew—low-key and competent as well. All in all, a good team to embark on this journey with.

Dr. Garza is top notch. He's extremely competent, professional, and also just a truly pleasant and sincere man. At my last visit, I was left in the testing room for nearly half an hour until I got up and walked around looking for the technician. She'd forgotten about me! First time that happened and I hope it's the last. Otherwise, the practice has been good.

Staff and doctors were very kind. Thank you. My appointment was at 9 am but was asked to be there at 8:30-8:45. I filled out the paperwork online, beforehand, as I was instructed, so it would also be faster once I get there. I arrived as indicated, I was told the online form has not been working for a while (they were aware of it but it is sent out to people to fill out), so I had to refill out all the forms. I waited more than 1 hour to be called, and no one explained why. I think this is not respectful. We, as patients, have to respect the time because otherwise we are charged (I read a post here, of the lady who was asked to reschedule because she was 6 minutes late!) So, I think it's fair enough that our time be respected as well. As far as the visit, Dr Goldstain explained things to me very well and I appreciated tat very much. Thank you.
