Great doctors, professional and knowledgeable staff. Kind, patient, making sure my questions were answered whether it was a routine eye exam or especially concerning my cataract procedure. I appreciate the care I receive every time I go.

Had a very pleasant experience with all staff and catching up with Dr Segal. He is the best. I have had the privilege to work with him at the hospital. Being an experienced RN I can tell you he is one of the very best!

Love working with Dr Lay but your office staff could use a lesson in customer service - I stood at the counter with 3 staff members on the other side. It was a good 2 or 3 minutes before any of them acknowledged me. This is not an isolated case - it happens every time I go in. The tech that took me back acted as though he could care less - never introduced himself or told me what he was doing - just going through the motions. Like I said if it wasn’t for Dr Lay, I would find some place else to go
