It took three weeks to get an eye appointment, and they don't start till 9:30 during the week and are limited availability. Longer for Saturday. They seem to care less if you use them, and the girl that works there couldn't seem to find my insurance and she called me several times confused. No text reminders for my three week away appointment and they are understaffed. I did not feel like they really cared.

Honestly an Amazing guy. He made my entire day. I managed to screw up my glasses by colliding with a car door and yet he fixed it without a second thought. He was so kind and helpful. Definitely go here for your business

I purchased some frames and lens from there, I am having problems with a blurr or a thumb print on both of my lens. This guy that works there care less about me or my lens, he cleaned them again and told me bye, bye theres the door bye!! He is a older man with glasses, very disrespectful and rude. I will call to see when the eye doctor is there, this happen me 2yrs ago idk if he is the same guy. If I could I would give no STARS!!
