I always have a great experience at Gilbert Eye care: From the front office staff to the eye exam technicians to Dr. Gilbert. Everyone is kind, professional and just delightful. They make coming to the eye doctor fun. They provide excellent care.

Dr. Willcoxon is professional & personal. She took plenty of time with me in determining my new needs as my vision has changed since my last exam. Robin was fabulous as she assisted me in selecting new glasses frames! Front office staff was also very pleasant. In a world where customer service is falling to the wayside, Gilbert has stepped to go above & beyond. Thank you!

Thorough eye exam with updates to my prescription. Ordered new glasses which look great plus I can see again. Love the progressive lenses. Fast pickup and fitting with no appointment necessary. First class service all the way.
