The staff and doctors are amazing!! They are very knowledgeable and provide discounts if you have no insurance. I'm super impressed with this eye office.

Been going here 3 times. Promptly got an appointment and was seen by Dr "P" who was great at sharing lots of valuable information. He made the visit very quick & smooth without feeling rushed. The ordering of contacts and adjustment of some old glasses I had brought in was done to my satisfaction. Side note: Ordering glasses is hard to swallow after lenses get left with number codes on them or the protective film moves and wrinkles. The scratches aren't fun to see after a while. So beware wherever you buy frames/lenses as you must inspect yourself from where they order your glasses from.

Dr. Wood is great, however the office staff is horrible. Every time I call, no one answers the phone. A generic text message is sent. They are slow to respond. I asked to have a form filled out for insurance purposes. I had to call and ask again before they did it. The appointments are over an hour long.
