I’ve been waiting for 2 months for a authorization for my daughter eye from the insurance company . Amy said she submitting it back in February. When I called the insurance company they said they never got anything to 3/24 and then another one was submitted 4/1. They told be it takes less then 72hrs to authorize this. She lied. I would call every other day in March to see if there was any updates and she would say no. I would for sure look else where when it comes to your eye care for your kids or yourself as this lady has no care for anyone.

Dr. Glass has been providing me and my family excellent service for over 30 years. He is an outstanding doctor. His office is always responsive and first class. Thank you Amy. Thank you Dr. Glass.
