Jackie in the office personnel is not interested in taking care of customers. Customers are the life blood of a company. She obviously has not been taught that. Good luck in keeping patients/customers with her around!

A wonderful doctor and good man. I was diagnosed with glaucoma at age 17 and am now in my 70's. I drive, enjoy my hobbies, read any normal print and am grateful to him for preserving my sight. We're lucky to have him serving Rockford.

Waited over an hour past appointment time before being seen. Others in waiting room were upset enough they complained at desk and to each other. After operation was told eye drops needed to be put in 4 times a day but they never called in the prescription. Even with multiple calls asking when the script would be called in, they said, "sorry, we are backed up. If not by 5pm then probably tomorrow morning". Now, I'm no doctor, but 4 times a day seems like it had a job to do and not calling in scripts seems like laziness or just dereliction of duty.
I'd research options for other places to go. Dr seems good but his support staff aren't up to the task
