I scratched my cornea and my ER doctor setup what I thought was an appointment for the morning. My husband brought me 15 minutes early for paperwork and we waited an hour. I asked how much longer it was going to be as my husband still had to go to work, and they moved us to a waiting room in the back that was jam packed. By that point my eye was killing me so I asked my husband to just go home and I would go to a different place. When I asked the receptionist for a refund on my $50 deposit I was called into a side room where I was told Dr. Wang would see me really quick. He didn't see me at all! What he did was yell at me about how he had other patients and how we HAD to be there and how my husband would just have skip work and how I was going to lose my vision. It scared my 5 year old and my husband didn't know what the heck to do as neither of us have ever been yelled at and berated by an office for leaving. I was then told if I wanted to leave I had to sign some "refusal for treatment" paper but from what I could read, it didn't say anywhere on the paper "refusal for treatment". We were then told that since we paid with a debit card, they couldn't refund the card, they would have to mail a check in 10 business days. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. I have NEVER been yelled at in an office by a doctor for needing to leave early, but I surely will never be yelled at by Wang again.

Most of the staff are nice people. But the billing staff (Dr. Wangs wife) was very rude to me. She would cut me off quite a bit. I questioned her about charges on my bill, which she was not helpful with, then she put me on hold mid sentences and transferred me to Dr. Wang; who said my phone call was "crippling the office, and people can't do their jobs". Then he would start talking about his overhead costs to operate. As if he was doing me some sorta favor by seeing me.

Long waits, Doctor is very rude to his staff to the point I am uncomfortable being in the room as my eyes are examined. Likes to add late fees to procedures when they only heard back from the insurance company about coverage after 4 months. If I said know and you just found out how can you justify adding a late fee.
