Office staff is very rude and nasty. Asked to speak with The business manager Galib Galib today but some guy that only identified himself as J Refused to let me leave in voice message for Galib (the business manager). Also who I believe to be the technical in nursing supervisor ( Noelle Williams ) Keeps making changes to my appointment for the past 3 months. I would really like to speak with Dr. Michael Berlin about his staffs lack of professionalism. From the 1st day I spoke with office staff they have Been trying to discourage me from seeing Dr. Berlin Because I have federal medicare. I have glaucoma. My pressures are in the forties.. I let doctors Berlin staff know how bad my condition is and that I've recently relocated to California, They just don't seem to care. It's really heart braking because people with my condition need great a doctor. Even If they didn't take medicare ( Which they do) , It doesn't make it right to treat me like garbage.

Dr. Berlin is a specialist in his field. I attended appointments with my family member and he knows how to answer our questions.
