Dr. Conde was very nice. She took her time and addressed all of my concerns. She is professional and friendly. The lady at the front desk was very nice as well. I highly recommend this place.

If not the best optometrist I had the pleasure to work with. She took time to understand what my needs were and the challenges that I was facing and accommodated prescriptions to solve my problems. Had an appointment at 11:00 got in and saw a huge line which is fine I understand waited 30 mins it was my turn to go in next and another gentleman came in after me. Waited another 10 mins and I asked the gentleman is it going to take more than 30 mins and said most likely yes. Left and I won’t be coming back. I’m not gonna wait a hour if I have an appointment:

It was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. I really appreciate the optometrist. She explained everything to me and was very knowledgeable. The lady outside where you buy the glasses was also very knowledgeable. The customer service was A1, the best.

Dr. Conde is thorough. As always. She’s direct yet well-mannered. “It’s not what you say but how you say it”. She takes her time in answering questions in a way that also my 11 year old daughter understood. We also appreciate the receptionist. Very welcoming❤️.

I had an excellent experience during my eye exam as a walk-in patient! the front desk staff kindly explained that I might need to wait a bit longer or be seen sooner, depending on their schedule. They still accommodated me when I mentioned I couldn’t come another day. The optometrist was thorough, taking time to explain each step, and their advanced technology ensured my prescription was perfect. The office was clean and well-organized, making the entire process smooth and efficient.

Dr was quick and fast even though it was fast, it seemed thorough. Doctor answered all my questions and explained what was going on with my eyes. The girls out front are very sweet and helpful. All in all it was a good experience.

I had an appointment but wasn't seen an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time. Then when she finally saw me it felt very rushed as there was a long line of people after me, who most likely had an appt she was late on. Would not recommend.
