I am from Ohio and I walked in one day to fix my nieces frames after she accidentally bent them. The floor was busy, everyone was assisting clients. One employee stood out, Lisa was running around helping multiple clients and did an amazing job with checking in on all her clients. She quickly fixed my nieces glasses, and was able to have a brief conversation on my prescription needs. I decided to schedule an eye exam and she fit me in on short notice and was able to facilitate my glasses purchase. She was personable , attentive, and super friendly. She’s a tremendous asset!!!
