Their front desk representatives are incredibly unprofessional. - - - They never reply to my appointment request text (that number is still listed on their main website). I had to call them three times to confirm the need for my lens, and they claimed they'd triple-checked that it would be covered by insurance. On the day of my first appointment, they said I couldn't use my insurance until tomorrow, so I had to make a second appointment. A few days later, my second appointment, I arrived on time and waited for them for another 10 minutes because they were short-staffed. And when they had time to help me check-in. They told me they don't work with my insurance provider 😅😂… so I canceled the appointment and left. All the time and effort were a joke. Unpleasant experience. Period.

First time going to this office for a 4pm annual eye exam. Coming in 3:50pm and waited for an hour before it’s my turn. The process went very smoothly once it’s my turn to see the eye doctor. And the lady who helped me to picked my glass frame is super helpful. Today I just got my progressive glasses and I am really happy for the clearness it turned out to be! I would have gave the store a 5 star rating if it’s not for the long wait.

They didn’t accept my insurance but they lie to me! After I arrived there were nobody mention that they didn’t accept VSP. So I waited 3 weeks and paid extra 85$ dollars for my should-be-free annual eye exam! I was supper disappointed because I need to make another appointment who accept my insurance, then I am able to purchase contact lenses with my insurance benefit! It’s hard to book an appointment during December! Why waisted the customers money and time and why lied to costumer!?!
