I have been visiting this Boutique for over 35 years. I feel so confident with the staff that I have them select my frames each and every time I come in. This boutique will treat you just like family. They are honest and trustworthy.

Our family has been going to Graham’s for generations. There aren’t many businesses that have a personalized small-town feel these days. Graham’s is the Cheers of glasses, where everybody knows your name. =)

Great business and team. This place is dearborn through and through. Friendly, knowledgeable, great prices. This is the most family dearborn local optical business around. If i lived 100 miles away I'd come here still. Simply the best

Family owned and super great people! Been getting glasses from here since I was a kid!

The service is fine, the exam was thorough and you absolutely get personal attention from the staff. The wait time was practically nothing. HOWEVER, there were almost no Covid-19 safety measures. Staff had masks worn improperly. I was there three times in the past month, for exams for three different people, and not once saw any cleaning or sanitizing done. I had glasses shoved onto my face and my children's faces, and saw smudges and finger prints all over them. I was encouraged to lower or remove my mask to get a better view of the frames. One communal pen and notebook is used to sign in, I saw no hand sanitizer anywhere. I'm disappointed that a medical office, of all places, has such low disinfecting standards. I will not be back to purchase frames or receive any exams in the near future, which is unfortunate as there was nothing wrong with the actual exam itself. I'm just not willing to risk the health and safety of myself or my family, we will find another office that can at least wipe things down and wear masks properly. When I called to request my prescriptions be written out, I was given some guilt over the phone about wanting to order glasses online.

I happened to find this place on my vision insurance’s website and I’m so happy I did. The whole process was quick and explained to me through each step. I got my glasses right before Thanksgiving which was perfect. They made sure I spent the least amount of money possible for my first time getting glasses and appreciated that so much. Highly recommend this place!

I have been loyal customer coming back to this place for years, never questioned charges, paying all bills accordingly, even that they never provided itemized receipts. The problem is, when you do not have itemized receipts, you do not know what you are paying for. You end up paying more, than you were originally told. Also, how can you make claims to your insurance, if you end up without itemized receipts. Calling them and asking for explanation will get you flustered, because they make you feel that you are offending them by asking these questions regarding your charges. I guess, l was a good customer, when I was paying all bills without asking questions regarding charges. But it changed quickly, when you are asking for something that is actually your right to do so. I am very disappointed with this place.

Great for kids and baby glasses! I have two small children who needed glasses. They were able to order in frames for my 6 month old and they fit her well! They also provided a pair of glasses for my 3 year old. They had several frames to choose from and encouraged her to choose her own glasses. They fit well and are good quality. I've never had a problem with their glasses breaking. The 3 year old stretched her frames, and they tightened them up to fit immediately. They're patient and personal at Graham's.
