I paid for my new glasses and am still waiting (5 days shy of a month) Was told they were there when I showed up found out they were not there then I stumbled coming out of their establishment Because I could not find any elevators So. I walked up-and-down a flight of stairs and have had back surgery just recently. The worse part is I was told they didn't know when my glasses would come in that. They would mail them to me When they finally do come in. Bad business

I have been going here since my parents enrolled me when I was a 6 or 7 years old. Every time I come back I am able to get clear diagnosis of the progress I've made or if I needed to tweak my glasses every now and then. Overall, great customer service. The ladies at the front desk are always super helpful and sweet. Never had any kind of complaint. Will be taking my daughter here now that she's experiencing some eye problems herself.

Dr Terry Isbill, has retired since, but he was worth all the miles I traveled inorder to get the best of service for my eyes! He showed so much patience and compassion! I am sure his replacement will be equally professional!!

This used to be a nice office when Dr. Terry Isbill and his staff was running it. The new Dr’s are fine it’s just the new staff aren’t courteous. As soon as we walked in no greeting whatsoever. One assistant in particular shouted out my insurance info in front of other patients. That is totally unacceptable and a HIPPAA violation. I asked her not to do that and she did it again later in conversation. This office is small as it is and talking about people’s personal info is uncalled for. My wife and I will not be back and will go to another optometrist we’ve seen previously whom is way more professional and more modern office/equipment.

I love this place I had Dr Isabel since I was a little little 6-year-old kid. Now I heard he's retired for a while now but I still recommend and love this place five star staff five-star service five star doctors.

Me and my family have been coming here for 21 years. Best place. Never an issue. Very friendly and extra helpful. He has retired and we still go there hoping to get the same best treatment still.

Dr Isbill is a very nice doctor and the ladies in the front are lovely. What with the holidays last month it took a few weeks to get my glasses instead of the week predicted (after New Year's), and I find the shorter Monday to Thursday they're open strange, but if it helps them be their best, then I can't complain much at all. They have a great selection of eye glasses abd the ladies in the front were lovely, understanding and kind. I only met briefly with Dr. Isbill, but I like him and if I ever need new glasses I'd be happy to visit again.

What a great office experience. The receptionist and assistants delivered stellar service from the beginning to the end of the visit...All were very professional and caring. Dr. Lafradez has to be one of the Most amazing doctors I've ever encountered...Not only was she very professional and informative, she was extremely attentive and patient with my elderly father. My father and I were equally impressed...Grand Optometry is definitely an asset to the Optometry world lol. Thank you Dr. Lafradez and staff. Johnny & Miya

Came here because my daughter broke her glasses and her previous Optometrist no longer accepts her insurance. Great place.. Staff is super friendly, Dr Isbill is very kind and best of all HE'S GREAT with kids. He made my daughter feel very comfortable and not nervous at all. Was in an out in less than 30 minutes..will be taking all my children here in the future!
