Just the facts. Checked in around 4:10pm for a 4:40 appointment. At 5:31pm the same lady asked me if I had an appointment. I stated yes, a 4:40pm then she proceeded to tell me that I didnt check in, when I checked in with her. I can understand having to wait if a doctor was busy, but I didnt appreciate the fact not only did she check me in and told me I was early, but to then suggest I didnt check in. Dr was great great, no complaints, counter service was not professional. I was the only one in the waiting area for the majority og the time.

So disappointed. I brought my mom in this morning for her yearly eye appointment. I got several confirmation texts and emails reminding me that the appointment was in Grandville. I even pre-registered online. We walked in to the appt this morning only to find out her Dr. is in the Holland office today and nobody told me. I even took time off from work to take her in. Now I have to take yet more time off to take her to a rescheduled appt. I would take full responsibility if it was something I missed, but there is nothing I did wrong. Come on, Do Better!!

This place is a mess! Will be reporting to the BBB for insurance fraud! They try and double bill procedures until you call them out on it. Billed us twice for being a new patient 150 each time! I have never been charged at any other eye doctor or any doctor for being a new patient! Then when they billed they entered the numbers wrong and still wanted us to pay the full amount! Also tried to bill for a test that we refused to have. We thought this place would be better than RX but it’s not at RX are bill is zero due to us have the best insurance. Lens crafters is amazing and no new patient fee! And our bill was zero here it is 450! Not to mention I was in the middle of an exam and some lady came in late and they wanted to push me to the side because she was running late and start her exam just ridiculous.

Very kind people. Dr Gohel was great. Josh, Andrew, Rudy, and others were all great to help me. My outcome was amazing. So pleased with my vision improvement. For me it was very dramatic. I was seeing vertical double vision, and now I am 20/20.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr. Hessler took the time to go over all my concerns in a very friendly and open conversation. I would highly recommend him to others. Thank you.

Everyone here is so nice and the best part for me was the wheelchair accessibility. I normally have to get out of my chair to do eye exams at other places but when I come here, they pull everything right up to me while I stay sitting. The doctors are very professional, and very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful.
