This Dr was positive and reassuring. Explained everything so I could come to a competent conclusion and make a realistic decision based on the new information he provided. Gave me a chart so I could place on my refrigerator to view every morning for eye changes. Very impressed.

Dr. Mark Kosciuszko is amazing! He has worked with my 6 yr old and 2 yr old and both times did an amazing job! Everyone in the Rockford office is amazing and makes you feel welcomed and their beyond helpful!

Fantastic visit. I had a 9:20 appointment and they were able to get me in 10 minutes early and I was done by 9:35!
