Most of the people are nice. Some attitude at desk check in. Appointment took two hours. Absolutely unacceptable. May not even ho to the follow up it took so long. I was on time and respected their time. They could at least do the same. If you have other options go there

The staff is absolutely amazing. I had an issue getting my (soon to be replaced) Primary Care physician to respond to a very time sensitive request for a release for this surgery I’m having very shortly. While we were taking pictures of my eye it came up in conversation. By the time I returned home, about three hours, my Dr had magically been able to squeeze me in and had enough time to leave a message. I feel the only reason that occurred was due to the staff here advocating and saying they other folks need to do better for everyone. I wish I could give them more than five stars based on my two visits so far.

Dr. Leikert explains tests, the exam and procedures clearly, and also clearly explains options. Other staff too are very clear. I was pleasantly surprised to have such an overall good experience by such a large, busy office.
