The service at this place is very quick, friendly, and thorough. Every step of the process I was made to feel comfortable and every person I worked with on the staff was super nice. Having your eyes checked can sometimes be as awkward and uncomfortable as having your teeth worked on, and I didn't feel at all that way at GRO. Dr. Ellen Vandenberg was fantastic! Swift & efficient, but she really listened to my concerns and I felt like she really wanted to make sure I would get the best prescription for my eyes (for both contacts and glasses). And the gal who fitted me for my glasses was so sweet and went above and beyond. I will definitely be back!
