I'm definitely making this place my family eye doctor. I use to go to Walmart on Alton Gloor because it's cheap but the doctor and staff are depressing and the doctor is so uptight makes u feel awkward and even when they used to set you up for an appointment she wasn't even there same excuse all the time. I got tired of it so I found this small place at the corner of Boca Chica and Paredes and the doctor she is very sweet always smiling and she is very good at her job. The staff they are very welcoming and the boys are silly but professionals. Its pricey but worth it. Thanks guys.

Great place to purchase glasses and have all your vision corrected! We’ve been going there for approximately 2 to 3 years and they are awesome! I give them a 10 out of 10!

Love the new management and owners. I took my seven kids and they were very patient with all of them. They never made me or my kids any mean gestures. Even after my son Spilled his drink over the table and magazines, they were helpful and attentive. It was hard to find someone that accepts CHIP for vision and they do, and they have a huge variety of glasses for mediciad and my kids loved what they chose!

I do NOT RECOMMEND this place at all my sister came out of town to see to get the eye exam it was okay but when they gave here the glasses it took about 3 weeks to get them an when she did it was not the right prescription as the one in the eye exam it was a total fail not good service and they still have not given her the right one this is almost going into 6 months now

The gentlemen in the front were polite and respectful. Went in to talk with the owners about being a vendor.

oh, so bad. I wish I could give them nothing but praises, but I can't. I took my frames in for new lenses. I got my eyes checked, and the experience went fairly well. when I picked up my glasses, I couldn't focus on anything for the life of me, near or far. they didn't want to give me a copy of my prescription either, but the receptionist was kind enough to write it down on a piece of paper. it took me 3-4 visits for the problem to finally get "fixed," but when I got home and tried reading my texts from up close, I couldn't focus! it's awful. turns out she still did this weird prescription in my lenses that blurred my near vision with them on. I basically paid for a really sketchy prescription. to top it off, they didn't want to give me my prescription copy the second time around either, but that's ok because I'm going to go to a doctor that can actually give me the prescription that I need as well as my prescription copy. you get what you paid for.

Horrible service as well as not wanting to release my prescription for a medical record. When I called to see what we could do about that I was scram at and harassed. Worst eye exam of my life, doctor was unfriendly and quiet though out the whole process. It is against the law to keep you from your medical record, yet when I stated that I was just scram at and when I asked to speak to a manager they stated no one will be present and I asked when this week he would be in and apparently the doctor or manager will not be in for the rest of the year and it is only June. Very unprofessional.

Horrible service has been more than a week to get my glasses. I’ve called all week and they give me the run around and sometimes just don’t answer. I went yesterday before 5 and they told me they’d be ready the next morning and they are closed, I’ve been outside waiting since 10:20a and they still haven’t opened. I’ve been calling both numbers and no answer . Very unprofessional. The Philippine Optometrist is very nice and professional but not the staff. Won’t be going there ever again.

Great price, next day service, and friendly staff....BUT they broke BOTH of my glasses while replacing the lenses and failed to tell me or apolagize. I really liked my glasses and have had them for 5 yrs, replacing the lenses when they get scratched but some places charge alot or simply wont do it bc they are designer frames (tory burch). I was thrilled this place only charged $45 for the sunglasses and $70 for the scratch resistant polys on my other pair. When i picked up my sunglasses at the shop, i noticed the break on the temple but didnt think much of it because i thought it was just a lose screw. Then when I got back home and wore my 2nd pair, I noticed those were cracked (much worse !) At the temple too. I was livid 😠. The tech doing the work must be comletely careless and i wish they would have at least told me about it and appologized instead of sneeking around the issue. Shame on these ladies.

I needed to get my glasses repaired, on a holiday, and I am from out of town. Not many places were open, but this one was. The lady there was very nice and helpful. She had me back on the road in just a few minutes. Thank you!
