Always have a good experience at Grandville Eye Care. Staff is nice and accommodating. Dr. Miller is excellent. He’s helped me out so much with both major and minor eye conditions. Highly recommend this office and Dr Miller.

Office staff still as rude as ever. They still won't help me which makes me wait this time over 15 minutes past my appointment time and last time was 30 minutes … More

Very disappointed in my elderly mother's recent appointment. She has severe health issues, and was left to wait in the waiting room nearly 30 minutes after her scheduled appointment before being seen, even though the staff knew in advance of her healthcare challenges and inability to sit in a chair for extended periods. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and condescending. It amazes me that anyone would have these types of employees be front-facing for their medical practice. The doctor himself was exceptional - but will never recommend this practice to anyone. Reading other reviews, it is obvious that the staff's behavior is commonly disappointing.
