They need better training with whoever is taking phone calls. Rude and don't really feel heard from them. Felt like they were impatient with me and didn't feel welcome at all. On the flipside when I got there the doctor was really kind and staff were helpful.

We walked in for our appointment, my husband and I for some reason we weren’t on the books. (3:45 appointments) Dr. stayed late and we were taken care of with minimal wait. They called as they said they would about a week later to pick up! No real complaints here😊 thanks for giving us good customer service
