Our family have been with Dr. Zin Min for 3-4 years now. We had nothing but great experience there everytime. Staff are very friendly and approachable, they will go above and beyond for you. The turn around time for you to receive you glasses is super fast. I love that they will text you once they received it! And, I greatly appreciate what they did for my daughter. This is a great optometry office! I was in need of some contact lenses and called Gratitude Vision because of the great reviews they had. The nurse/receptionist, Siri, made time for me that same day to come in for an eye exam, (I was way overdue for one). I did the exams for glasses and contacts, along with the retinal scan and eventually went with a pair of eye glasses and a set of contacts. Gratitude has an expansive stock of frames to choose from with several options of lenses. From very affordable to high fashion, I was eventually able to find the right pair for myself. I was also given a trial pair of contacts to hold me up while waiting for my contacts order to come in, which took a few weeks based on my eye prescription. The wait time for my pair of glasses to arrive was only a week and they fit well, but after a few days I had an issue with using them as they gave me a headache while wearing. I made Alex aware of my situation and he had me come back in. We spoke for a bit and him and dr Min answered my concerns. Alex then resent my glasses to the factory and had them install new lenses. I was impressed with their so service, I ended up adding the transition lenses option to upgrade my glasses. My order was rushed and came back, again, in just a week. Thanks, Alex! I was also made aware of my glasses warranty and the rebate for the contacts I ordered with the staff explaining how to properly claim it. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly, and Dr Min and Siri were very thorough with my eye exams as well. I’m very happy with the services provided by Gratitude Vision and would definitely use them again!

I’ve had horrible vision for as long as I can remember, but this is the first time in my life where I felt like I had a very thorough examination and left feeling renewed and confident. I’ve always been anxious to get my eyes checked because I’m embarrassed at how blind I am. Dr Zin Min was so kind and patient and listened to me about my troubles. Alex, at the front desk, was also incredibly kind and helped me pick my eyeglasses and gave me tips for the best fit, keeping in mind my prescription. Very pleasant experience with all the personnel being very helpful and just pure nice! They had everything I needed and it's nice to do everything with one stop, as compared to seeing an eye doctor, and then having to go somewhere else to get the lenses and the frames.
