I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Dr. Durrant. After hearing positive reviews from others, I anticipated a professional and efficient service. However, my visit was anything but that. Upon my arrival, I was kept waiting outside for an inordinate amount of time. When I attempted to understand the situation, I was met with refusal and no clear explanation. This was not only inconvenient but felt very dismissive. To make matters worse, subsequent attempts to communicate – through emails, phone calls, and voicemails – went unanswered. A lack of transparency and proper communication is unsettling, especially in a medical setting. I would advise potential patients to be wary before seeking services at this establishment.

For VSP insurance users: AVIOD this provider. They charge you very expensive after the insurance, and would use up all the benefits in this year regardless of what eye exam you had there. For my case I only had contact exam and later when I scheduled a normal eye exam with another provider, and was informed that I used up all my benefits this year. Update: Contacted the VSP and they say there is nothing they can do on their side.
