NyDiva Medical Assistant to Dr. james Fitzgerald Greater Boston Urology Easton, MA Is the most unfriendly and unprofessional person I have ever encountered. My Father was seen as a first time patient. I asked if they were going to change his dressing. I heard her through the door telling her fellow staff members that she was ‘about to go off on me’ - Dr. Fitzgerald was in the room when I asked her if she had just said that and she continued to overtalk me and talk to me disrespectfully. I opted to leave the room and asked the doctor to please address her unprofessionalism.

First experience with the first Dr was not ok, he dismissed my concerns, misdiagnosed me ( told me I was fine it was not urological, find another Dr ). I get a pc the next day I have a uti( so much for not being urological). I had questions regarding the script and he was mad that I called him after hours ! He also became upset when I reviewed my allergies stating “I don’t know what you expect we are not miracle workers .) He had told me go back to ER that he was tired of me repeating the ER wouldn’t help me. I go to the ER they call the on call x2 no one calls the hospital back , so they could not treat me. I ended up leaving .
It would appear The particular Dr I was seen by in My opinion is for men and men only. He also told me my original dx from my old urologist was incorrect , he told me all of that after meeting me in 5 min.
Ff I see a new Dr who is warm and actually listened and understood my pain, I had now been to the Er for the same problem 5 times ! This Dr explained what he believed I had going on and how we would eradicate the infection. Office staff Rachel and Ellen are amazing !!

I just had a vaginal hysterectomy for pelvic prolapse which I’ve been suffering with for a few years. At age 72 I was hesitant to have surgery, but Dr. Angel Johnson put me at ease. She is a wonderfully compassionate, caring, professional and knowledgeable physician and I would recommend her highly to any woman in need of this type of care. Thank-you Dr. Johnson!
