Newer to Texas and needed to establish care with an optometrist in the area. My pastor recommended Green Eye Associates and I booked an appointment as soon as I could. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating from the receptionist who checked me in to the wonderful lady who helped me select my new pair of glasses. Dr. Platt was fantastic and the building is beautiful. Thank you all so much for a fantastic first visit. Looking forward to being a patient with Green Eye for many years!

My kids and I have been going to Green Eye Associates for several years and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. They get you in on time, explain things clearly, and never make you feel rushed. What I appreciate most is that they take the time to answer questions and make sure you understand what’s going on with your eye health. In a world where good customer service seems harder and harder to find, Green Eye Associates still does it right. If you’re looking for an eye doctor who is knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend Green Eye Associates.

I had a great experience at Green Eye Associates. This was my first appointment since moving to Waco about one year ago. I saw Dr Machac. She was professional and personable. I think I she gave me the best and most thorough eye exam I have ever had. She was genuinely concerned about understanding my vision issues and seemed to me to make the extra effort to do that. She took time to explain the results of all my tests. She never acted rushed and spent the time to listen to my concerns and discuss everything. I appreciate the personal care. All the staff was pleasant and helpful through the whole process of my appointment.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The office was clean and had a warm inviting atmosphere. I really appreciated that everything had its own room and you didn’t walk right in to where you would select glasses. This all allowed for more privacy. Dr. Green is amazing and I would highly recommend visiting her office!

I am so grateful to finally have an optometrist take the time to figure out why my glasses were causing headaches. Twenty years of glasses and this was my best eye exam ever. And the optician was super nice too. 100% recommend.

I thought I found a place that my family could call home and my last visit has changed that drastically for me. The only reason for the three stars are the doctors. Beyond the doctors, I can not visit this place. The not so gentleman in the back handling the materials area was not pleasant to deal with which is the to me but ordering glasses after my appointment. Went to the front desk to remedy the situation, but that was a fail as well. They boldly and rudely insisted that I did not have benefits to order new glasses. When in fact, I’ve been having the same insurance and benefits for the last 10+ years. Called insurance to verify and it was indeed benefits available. They just failed to do their job to assist me.
