Dr. William Potter is a wonderful pediatric ophthalmologist. I was impressed with how he talked to my teenage son and explained medical terminology about the eye with him. He gave my son his full attention and spoke to him directly. My son commented that he appreciated how Dr. Potter treated him - more like an adult and less like a child. Excellent doctor.

Greeted with an agent eager to help me sign in. She provided me with full details of visit plus cost breakdown. Told me where to go next. Technicians were relaxed, polite, attentive with specific easy to understand directions. All machines cleaned while watching. Teresa Dr’s Conway’s assistant was very thorough performing tests and impeccable eye refraction exam. Dr Joseph Conway was soft, kind, pleasant, relaxed took his time, explained everything clearly performing his exam. I would rank him among the best physicians in all specialties I’ve had. In fact everyone that worked there said he was their doctor! Checked out with sweet lovely person giving full details of what my insurance covered and what my costs were and why. Facility was clean, modern. Was packed with patients however I went in and came out perfectly on time. 100 ⭐️’s

Dr Potter and his staff are great with kids. Dr Potter especially is great at getting the young ones to focus and be still for just long enough to do the exams. He's also great at communicating his evaluation and answering any questions. However getting someone from the front desk to relay a message that needs a response from the staff is an exercise in frustration. They never appear to relay the message. There was a time we had to yell at them over the phone to get them to do their work before the physician's staff finally received our inquiry and got back to us. So to be clear... Physician and staff: 5 stars Front Desk: 1 star Average: 2.5 stars (rounded up to 3)
