What a great experience here. Everyone is very friendly. I made an appointment, arrived early to fill out new patient paperwork, and was seen right on time. They also take walk-ins, though I'm not sure if that's just certain days. Dr. Clardy is very informative and the front desk great communicators. I bought glasses at a very reasonable price next door at Eyemart Express. Will return to both places next time I need an eye exam and glasses!

Known Dr Clardy for over 10 years. Highly recommend. Always very helpful. I went to his office with a corneal ucler and before I could even see him he realized the pain I had and came out and put drops in my eyes while waiting. He explains his diagnosis is very laid back pleasant personality highly recommend. I really like Dr. Clardy. He is all I use.

Dr. Clardy and his staff are so kind and do such a great job. He always makes sure I have what I need for my various activities (distance, computer, sewing, etc.) and he gives you ALL the information so you can buy your glasses online if you want to. It’s only positive energy there. I really appreciate that. I see that another reviewer was upset because the office said “closed” before their 1:00 appointment. The staff is at lunch from noon to 1. If you have a 1:00 appointment, don’t worry, they’ll be back at 1:00.

They gave me an appointment for 1:00 today, and they are closed. They knew they weren't going to be there. My motto is everything you do to others is already done to you. They won't have to worry bout me going back there. Personally, I think that practice is getting ready to fold.😳 …

I appreciate Dr Clardy for his time and patience. He always listens to me when I bring up specific things about my eyesight. He's a great Dr and his staff is equal very patient. I've been a guest for years not a customer.

The Customer service is good and Dr. Clardy has a great bedside manner BUT he misdiagnosed me twice, I don't have insurance and made that clear. I thought I had an eye infection so he wrote me out drops and ointment, I finished them and it didn't go away so I went back. He ended up calling in a refill on the same 2 prescriptions and didn't increase dosage even though I told him I thought I might need something different or stronger. So I not only wasted alot of time and around $200 but also had excruciating pain in both of my eyes for about a month(2 weeks on each round of antibiotics) not to mention my symptoms were NEVER went away. I ended up having to go to Americas Best and they took ONE look at me and within 10 mins diagnosed me with Blepharitis. It wasn't an eye infection at all. Just be careful if you go here and if your problem or symptoms do not improve I would recommend following up with a different optometrist.

LOVE DR. CLARDY BUT the office is chaos. They are NEVER open the hours they say they are. They tell you they are there until NOON AND CLOSE AT 11:30. FIX YOUR OFFICE STAFF AND HOURS ISSUES!
