I purchased a pair of glasses and waited over two weeks. I start calling wonder where they are due to I need them for work and they caught a attitude saying they are still in the lab and they will call me when they come in. I was having conversation on the side trying to figure out what to do and the lady assume I was talking to her and refunded my order without me being there! Terrible service. If you don’t want to wait a month or more for glasses I wouldn’t come here AT ALL. Barley have a selection.

This business has strange practices. The customer service is awful. They seem to also not be open very often. Closed randomly all the time. How are people supposed to use the service that you provide of you aren't friendly or even open. Goodness.

Worst customer service! They are unable to get my husband in until March 14th when requested a eye tech give me a call to discuss options for contacts to get him through until his appointment which is over a month away they had no answer for me because he was last seen in "2021" he was seen on December 31st 2021. Which was a year and 2 months from his last visit. The customer service has become horrible since Dr. Shook left this office. Big corporation who dont care about their patients/customers.
