It's massively disrespectful to schedule people for appointments, only then to have people sit for over 3 hours in the waiting room (at the time I write this it's now approaching 4 hours). It's not an isolated experience and, despite numerous apologies across multiple visits, nothing is done. Apology without action is manipulation. Grene Vision is not providing a quality of care to elderly and infirm patients and seems content to do nothing to change that status quo. Many of these patients require drivers or some kind of mobility assistance, I can't imagine how nightmarish it must be for those patients to schedule those services with the knowledge that Grene Vision is content to waste everyone's time.

I went in for a routine annual eye checkup. i pre-checked in the evening before so check in was quick and painless. I was called back at the scheduled time. A tech (?) did all of the preliminary tests. She was well trained, efficient and pleasant. I was then taken to a room while waiting for Dr Post. She completed the testing promptly. This was also a pleasant and professional interaction. I then went directly to eye glass sales area. I selected my new glasses and they were promptly ordered. This was also a painless process. I'll go back next year and repeat. I'd recommend Grene Vision to anyone looking for eye care.
