Can't say enough about this team. Through no fault of Gresham Vision, my discontinued frames were lost at the manufacturers lab. They let me know of the issue and we decided on a comparable frame. I was admittedly disappointed, but what can you do... things happen. Little did I know, Denise and Makala worked behind the scenes to find an exact replacement. I did not expect this outcome! They went far above and beyond to correct the unfortunate situation, which again, they had no control over. Grateful for this office and their service!

Reading the reviews, they seem great. The reception was great. But, the Doctor came in all nice, then changed. Every question or thought of mine was met with a sarcastic remark. I was being polite, I don't know why he decided to treat me like this? I couldn't find a ride to pick up my glasses, so went to pick up when I could. . I understand they are busy, the there was no one in the waiting room, could not find the 5 min to adjust my glasses. I took them to Walmart and they did it for free. Like I said, I guess it depends on whatever and whoever they decide to like or treat well, is up to them. My advice is to look your best when u go there people.

I was 15 min early for my 2:45 appointment, and was still waiting to be seen an hour later ......when the assistant informed me the doctor wouldn't be much longer, that the person before me had been running behind. So what? Then have them reschedule like all other doctors insist patients do when they are more than 15 min late. I understand everyone has one of those days occasionally, but most people don't expect it to hold up everyone else's schedule. An hour and the doctor still seeing the former patient? I'm sorry, not acceptable. My time is valuable too. I'll reschedule else where
