Everyone is very nice & efficient & organized. I like & respect Dr. Griffey a great deal. My only complaint - which is a current complaint- is not being able to call the receptionists to ask questions. 2 weeks ago I tried literally all morning to talk with someone about my 3:30 appointment- the “answering service” answered & then got cut off…or something. I was never able to talk with anyone, even after staying in hold for many minutes. I live many miles from the practice & had no way, other than driving over an hour, to get my questions answered. The questions were about my appointment that day. Otherwise, I have been very happy with the practice & any interactions I have had previously with them.

People were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable. - not sure why I was asked to fill out the info paperwork again when I did it on the pre-on-line at home. Why ? - the processing part seem to take a long time. Other than that I'm good.

Scheduled an appointment for my self and son, we were scheduled same day and close times. When getting there, they just had myself on the schedule, making getting my son out of school early pointless. The ladys at the front weren't the friendliest, the Doctor's were extremely friendly. Went to check out and get another appointment for my son, the appointment was set up for the same month, but then realizing when we got home it's for the next year. Not worth the hassle to reschedule, and hope he will be on the books, just going to find another doctor.
