I went to my appointment as scheduled. While in the parking lot, I got a text that they were running behind and it may be up to an hour wait and they gave me the option of rescheduling if I couldn’t wait. I decided to wait anyway. It was only about 15 minutes later that I was taken back and seen. Dr. Fox and the staff there are friendly and professional. They’re clear about what’s going on and why and the patients leave knowing they’ve had the best care possible. Great place!

Let me begin by saying that I work in the medical field, direct patient care. For a new patient entering your facility, I did not find it welcoming. Neither of the two clerks acknowledged me when I entered. I was eventually asked if I had an appointment, and when I stated that I did I was told to sign in on the clipboard and have a seat. Twenty five minutes later I was called to the counter and the exchange with the clerk was less than welcoming. Once I progressed beyond the reception area everything else was pleasant and went smoothly.

The people & doctors there were all very nice & friendly. I also bought my new glasses there but was told that the new glasses would be ready in 2 weeks. Two weeks have come and gone and not call yet to say that my glasses are ready for pickup. Also the last time I bought glasses it was about $300. (5 years ago) The glasses here was over $700. For the same type of glasses and frame just a different prescription.
