Seems as though the primary concern was about getting my money BEFORE any services were rendered... if you require all insurance deductibles to be paid before hand, you should tell perspective patients that BEFORE having the evaluation done. I will be seeking treatment from somewhere that is not preoccupied with quantity over quality care.

I had another 5 star visit to Grossnickle Eye Center! Dr. Wiarda was, as always, pleasant and very professional. She thoroughly explained the tests today and talked of current as well as future visits with my eyes. It is wonderful coming to the eye center where I always have extremely great care and feel welcomed! Keep up the continued fantastic job!

Friendly staff, great surgery, everything went well. But be ready to wait, because they are always running behind, guess our time is not as inpportant. Dr Wiarda called me after a visit, as me and my wife had misunderstood what we were told and we questioned it, her comment was I should find a different Doc, as she needed another client like she needed a hole in her head
