I had a great experience at this optometrist clinic. Dr. Zenfira Vincent was very knowledgeable and professional, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. Overall, everything went smoothly and the quality of care was excellent. The only minor issue I encountered was when I needed to obtain my records—it took a bit longer than expected and required several calls. However, aside from that, my experience was very positive. Keep up the good work!

Originally I really liked Gulf Coast, however I habe been trying to get my sons medical records/prescription for over month. Can't get anyone on the phone, no responses to emails or online comment section. Absolutely ridiculous

Everything felt organized and smooth, which made the appointment much easier and less stressful. I really appreciated the care, patience, and professionalism from everyone we interacted with. It’s always a relief when an appointment is handled so well, especially when the staff is both knowledgeable and genuinely kind. Highly recommend!

Our eye exams were awesome and very reasonable in cost. Dr. Vincent was very knowledgeable and provided us information that we had not gotten from previous eye doctors. Since my wife and I had consecutive appointments she was able to do both of our eye exams at the same time so that we could each hear all of the diagnoses for each other which was nice because we didn't have to relay that information to each other afterwards. I'm very satisfied with my vision with the new prescription.
