I had bad experiences with other doctors in the past and then I saw doc johnson's recommendation on Nextdoor. I was so glad I found him . He is one of the best doctors I've seen . Very professional and takes time to listen. You cannot see many doctors that you trust that they truly cares about tge health of tgeir patients. The staff is amazing as well. But per other reviews, i did not feel comfortable buying glasses from there

Dear Gwinnett Eye Clinic, I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding an unexpected charge on my husband's recent billing . My husband Viet Ngo visited your clinic for his annual eye exam on October/25, he specifically confirmed that his insurance would fully cover the cost at the register. However, we were surprised to see an additional charge of $39.00, despite the insurance paying $49.00. As longstanding clients, this unexpected fee is particularly disheartening and prompts us to reconsider our future engagement with your clinic. We would greatly appreciate a thorough explanation of this charge and a reassessment of our bill, ensuring it aligns with the initial confirmation provided about our insurance coverage.
