Dr Ume is absolutely AMAZING! 5 stars is not enough. My eyes are really bad and for at least 10 years , no ophthalmologist has been able to help me. I saw that this Dr had great ratings so decided I would give this place a try. He is so good that i do not have to even have to wear reading glasses which I wore all the time on top of wearing lenses. He is very patient and I still get emotional because I can finally see without readers and even at night. I promise you that going to this Dr you will not be disappointed. HE CARES!!!!!

UPDATE: Dr. Ume reached out to me and offered to send my lenses to a different lab to be fixed again. I have also been offered contacts in the meantime so I don't have to go back to an old prescription. Fingers crossed they can fix the tint on the lenses 🤞 While Dr. Ume and the office staff have been great, I have had several issues with the physical glasses. A few weeks after picking them up, one of the lenses started falling out so I had to take them back and they were sent back to the lab. I was contacted a week later and told that they received the glasses back from the lab, but they had a horrible tint on them and had to send them back AGAIN. At this point, I was dealing with daily headaches since my eyes had previously adjusted to the new prescription. I also needed the new frames for my upcoming wedding/honeymoon. After another week, I received a call to come pick them up. I noticed that they still had a yellowish tint, but this was 5 days before my wedding so I couldn't afford to wait for them to be sent back again.

Dr. Ume is the very best!!! I went in today with eye concerns, he took time to thoroughly examine my eyes. I greatly appreciate the fact that he explains everything in layman's term for you to understand. The lady at the front desk was awesome as well. Overall, 100/10 .
