This is an outstanding business! Very professional and happy staff that will do everything needed to take care of their customers. They ordered what I needed for my glasses and repaired them real quick. It is so nice to find a company that has happy and makes one feel like family. I am really glad I found this store and the helpful team of employees.

Our family has been going to H D Eye Care for years and we love this office! Dr. Jacobs is very kind and soft spoken. He truly cares about his patients. Not only has he been a great Optometrist for us and our three children, but he is also very knowledgeable in many other health areas as well. For example, he was familiar with my rare brain condition (a condition that none of my other health care providers had heard of, aside from the specialists). It has been such a blessing to have another health care provider who understands this condition. He was also compassionate and knowledgeable when our 11 year old daughter was experiencing a severe 8 week long headache. Dr. Jacobs, Dr. Quinton, Jules and the whole staff were also amazing when our other daughter needed contacts. They were so patient and supportive through the process and we are so grateful for the extra time and attention they spent helping her to feel comfortable. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful and we highly recommend H D Eye Care for your family's eye care!

This was the worst experience. I guess they don't like minorities seeing as how i got the worst look when i pulled up. (Window front). The ladies in the office were nice and greeted me respectfully. The doctor was not as inviting. Maybe it's just me but he seemed to have a superiority complex about himself. He was very brief with his responses and had very little to say. I guess i must have been his last customer seeing as how it was a very quick visit which i won't be returning. I was in my car out front using my phone when he was leaving out only to get the worst stare from the moment he stepped out and all the way around my vehicle as if i was trespassing. I'm not an easily offended person by far but this only feels familiar to the times where racism was present. Maybe he was disappointed by the fact that I may not have been the type of person he expected. Hopefully this helps some people to look elsewhere when looking for a service/business that they feel invited and accepted. At least i saw this clearly i guess.
