Easy to make an appointment. My wait time in the lobby was much shorter than I expected, although they seemed fairly busy. These people have been in business and worked together for a very long time which, in my opinion, shows the dedication and commitment thpey all share to true healthcare and wellness for all their patients.

This clinic does not appear to be patient oriented. Scheduling an appt was difficult and they seldom called back when I left a message. I arrived 15 minutes early for an appt and still waited over an hour to be seen. They were very busy when I arrived in the morning, but by the time I left around 11:30 there were no people waiting and the staff was chatting in the hallways. Scheduling everyone for a 2-3 hour window might be easier for the staff, but not for the client.

The vision in my right eye suddenly deteriorated while on vacation in New Orleans. I was able to get an appointment the day I called. Everyone was extremely caring and friendly. The doctor I saw was patient while she explained in detail what was happening to my eye. This clinic was extremely professional! Life saver.
