I've been a patient of Dr. Hakeem too far back that I no longer remember when I started seeing him. It started with my father and as I got older, I and my mother became his patients My mother makes me drive across metro Detroit to go to be seen by him. Thorough exam, Excellent, welcoming and polite staff. Who could ask for anything more.

Doctor told me “I don’t have time for you” when I called and asked about my contact prescription after placing me on hold for 15 minutes. I would not recommend this eye doctor for any business what so ever. Would give 0 stars if possible, horrible place to go!

I had an excellent and highly positive experience at this eye clinic. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with great professionalism and care. The medical team is outstanding, very well-organized, and truly attentive to every detail. The staff were kind, supportive, and proactive, often anticipating needs without even being asked, which made the whole experience feel very comfortable and reassuring.

I’ve been a patient at this eye center for years, but during my recent visits, it hasn’t been the same as it used to be. I visited the clinic a while ago and explained to the doctor that I continuously use the computer and phone throughout the day because I am both a student and employed. They told me it would only take one to two weeks to prepare my glasses, but as of today, it has been almost 25 days. Whenever I try to call, the system tells me to call back during business hours, even though I am calling within their operating hours. Now, I am experiencing frequent headaches, difficulty seeing, and my vision has become worse, which is seriously affecting my daily life.

Dr. Hakim is the most professional and kind doctor that i’ve ever seen. The staff was very kind and accommodating. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

The front desk staff are completely incompetent. It shouldn't have to take me over 10mins to reschedule an appointment. The lady talks over you, and then gets frustrated when she doesn't understand why you're calling.

I was disappointed by the doctor’s attitude. I felt I was whipped off by the doctor when he told me to stop asking and let him speak. He repeated that saying for two times on different intervals. He thought I was asking while I was nodding and expressing my agreement with what he’s saying. I’m an old person, so it was really hard for me to let it slide. The doctor should have more tolerance and patience with his customers.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would!!!! Most disgusting disrespectful staff especially the girl in the front that barely can speak English her attitude is gross not a way you should be treating your patients. And honestly so called “dr.Hakim” Is no better than his staff this clinic is a joke honestly don’t waste your time.. there are plenty of better places out there! You guys should give Dr. Ali Nasrallah a try his clinic is in the same building he’s a 10/10 doctor and actually respects his patients.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at this clinic. Upon arriving, I had to wait for an extended period of time, which was frustrating enough, but to add to this, I wasn't even allowed to provide my name upfront for the check-in process. This unnecessary delay made an already unpleasant experience worse. When I finally saw the doctor, I was disappointed by the lack of concern for the inconvenience I experienced. There was no apology for the long wait or the poor service. Unfortunately, the visit did not address my needs, and I left feeling like my concerns were ignored. Given this experience, I do not recommend visiting this clinic, and I will be seeking care elsewhere in the future Also, Waiting for a long time just to get the results printed.

The resptions Sara and Aya were friendly;professionals . Easy and fast to gather and set all the informations they need from me or the infos that I need..smily welcomed faces add a first bright . No over waiting and Dr Hakim Hasan was in welcomed attitude ready to answer all my inquires in professional way. This is my first visit to this clinic.

I had no problems with this place whatsoever. I got my lasik done in 2014, nine years ago and the best decision I could of ever made. I got the deal from a Groupon best $1500, I've ever spent. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm going back to get another round. I've been in Kuwait for a 1.5 years and my vision is getting worse.

I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic me and my mom. We waited for over two and a half hours, and when we finally asked about our turn, the front desk staff—who also acted as the nurse—did not apologize for the long wait. Instead, she responded in a bad attitude saying, "I don't have an empty room to put you in," which was very unprofessional,and there were just one patient inside. Moreover, I was alarmed by her lack of cleanliness; she did not wash her hands before administering eye drops, which is unacceptable in a medical environment. Her attitude throughout the visit was dismissive and unhelpful. After putting in the eye drops, and didn’t have patience 2 seconds to wait because my mom’s eyes was hearting, so my mom asked her to calm down a little bit on her because she is having a pain in her eyes but the nurse was talking in aggressive way from the time we entered to the clinic ,my mom asked her why she is being aggressive and she is dealing with her in this attitude,then the nurse said ‘do u know what I should’nt be here any way,and she left the room and shut the door without checking in with anyone else or calling the doctor , When we reached the nurse from another doctor , our doctor was unaware that we were still waiting. The lady’s excuse for the doctor was that she doesn’t understand Arabic well, despite the fact that she was conversing with us in Arabic the entire time. This lack of communication and disrespectful way in dealing with patients added to our frustration.
