Dr. Louthan is hands down, the best eye doctor around. He clearly cares for his patients and takes his time with each one of them. I have never felt rushed and each year I go I know I will receive a thorough eye exam. I can’t say enough about how great my care has been with Halls Vision Clinic. Highly recommend!
